Product Overview:
The JFYB series self-priming negative pressure pump is specially designed and developed by our company for customers, with the addition of an eccentric guide wheel. During pump operation, the liquid forms a liquid ring in the eccentric guide wheel cavity under the action of the eccentric guide wheel, thereby achieving gas-liquid mixed flow. The pump cover is made of stainless steel round steel, which is forged and processed by a rotary press machine, and then subjected to solid solution and aging treatment. It is processed and formed in one go by a CNC machining center, with a smooth surface and better corrosion and cavitation resistance during long-term use. Our company uses special stainless steel for the pump shaft, which has high strength, hardness, and strong corrosion resistance. Both materials are not easy to bite during operation and are easy to disassemble during maintenance. The impeller adopts an open design and is formed by CNC machining in one go. It is tested by a high-precision dynamic balancing machine to ensure that the pump runs more smoothly and has low noise. The machine seal adopts an external balanced type, which is cleaner in use. The entire processing process adopts smooth transitions and no dead corners, which is particularly suitable for liquid transportation and return in online ClP and SlP systems.
